Using this free service was the easiest and most efficient way to find a new software for our company. The customer service was exceptional. I already had a company in mind, but was just looking for alternatives for comparison's sake. Josh prepared some evaluation guidelines to assist in making a selection based upon the most important criteria to my organization.
